Do I need to relicense an item each time I use it?
Yes you do. You need a license for each end project. This ensures developers are paid for your usage of each asset & you and your clients have the legal right to use the item.
Can I use already downloaded items in new end-projects after my subscription expires?
As per our terms, You must use Items downloaded before your subscription expires. You cannot use an Item to create an End Product after this, even if you have downloaded the Item prior to the cancellation.
Can I use Codeies products for commercial use?
All items downloaded from Codeies are licensed under the one, single-use commercial license. The license is designed to make it easy for you to do the right thing and gives you the rights to use the item in a broad variety of projects, including those of a commercial nature
What will happen after my subscription expires ?
We will keep reminiding you about your subscription , Once your subscription is expired you will no longer get updates of product and your current license will be expired (If Subscription based)
Payments & Refund
Can i get a refund ?
If you have not downloaded a purchased item within 1 week from the date of purchase, you may be eligible for a refund. You will be required to provide the author of that item your purchase code in order for the author to verify your claim that you have not downloaded an item. Although we think 1 week is a reasonable time, depending on where you are located, you might have a longer period to claim a refund if you have purchased for personal use and haven’t downloaded the item.
